  Our Promise

1. We promise to serve the public, as nearly as we can, to its complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you can just return it.*

2. We promise to make an exchange, issue a refund or credit on any purchase *

3. We promise to be fair and reasonable with each customer on any complaint or adjustment, always considerate of the customer's point of view.

  What is the Return/Exchange policy?

We will happily refund the purchase price of the merchandise *, plus applicable sales tax, for any items that do not satisfy you, less any shipping, handling and reprocessing charges * on returned merchandise.

* Reprocessing charges are made by the On Line Credit Card Processing Company. which is currently US$ 20. Those who make other form of payment will not have to deduct this amount.

* Returns must within 30 days of receipt of goods. All the merchandise must be in original condition with all tags & packaging intact.
